"Sponsored" by a website that thinks 9/11 was a government conspiracy?
Based on the comments and postings on abovetopsecret.com/forum, it looks like the mystery website is nothing more than a game the "ATS" owners are sponsoring.
Can anyone confirm this?
If so, why and is there a prize?

I'm going to go ahead and say screw you. Inflammatory titles aren't needed.

Can you provide actual proof that AboveTopSecret actually stated that they think the government is behind 9/11?
Some of us in the 65,0000 people do believe 9/11 was an inside job. Some of us don't' As far as I have seen the Owners are on the sidelines with their thoughts on 9/11.
But I would like to see proof on where it states ATS believes 9/11 is a cover-up.

I see Akraites, manners is not your strong point.
I'm simply offering layman opinion after a brief amount of time reading the major topics of your site.
Are you one of the owners?

Oh? A layman's opinion? Considering there are more than 10 sections and and thousands of threads, I would say you're being rather narrow-minded.
The website believes nothing. It is a website. People believe various things. This doesn't make them nutters. This doesn't make them idiots. Provoke and there will be a reaction.

"Provoke and there will be a reaction."
Is this a threat?
I fail to see how my opinion is provocation.
While many people may have the same "take away" read of your website that I've had, you're doing nothing to improve that perception, and everything to further disappoint me that this interesting puzzle is sponsored by your group.

I am not one of the owners, I however like a good conspiracy.. I think ATS believing in the 9/11 cover up is a good conspiracy. I only asked for proof on your accusation.
We all talk about different things on that site, from 9/11, to ghosts, to Bigfoot.
You failed to mention about their other 2 sites, why is that?
BTS and PTS, which you can see in the top right of the page.
Anyway I would like to see proof, this is a lesson to people who play with conspiracy nuts like ourselves. Always back up what you say. Cause nothing is proven until its in black and while.
i wonder if
A) I didn't threaten you, but if you choose to see it that way, I don't give a rat's ass.
B) Your title can not be an opinion. The website either believes subject a or it doesn't. Again, a website can't believe anything since it is a website. The people who make up the population of ATS are a different story.
Oh, so now abovetopsecret.com is a "website that thinks 9/11 was a conspiracy." Ahem. Let's stop and think for a minute. You have taken 1 issue (a large one) and used that as the basis of what this website is about? How very shallow of you. tut tut.
Let's try to read through a bit more, and as far as I have seen, the website has NEVER officially stated ANY stance on their views of 9/11. A
Asking if someone that replies to your blog is one of the owners is ludicrous and so ignorant on it's own that I can only chuckle. You obviously don't know much about business as you would know that even an owner's personal perception of any event is not equivalent to the position of the BUSINESS that he/she is a part of.
I would also like to point out that the majority of your traffic that I see is coming from abovetopsecret.com, so I would suggest that you be grateful that someone is paying attention to you in the first place.

i could just be a hoaxer, why listen to me
Because we had considered the X Prize before. Having an outside source think of the same thing makes me think that perhaps its a lead some of us should follow.
Never hurts to try. Unless you're trying cocaine or something...

I have to make the observation that these people you so casually dismiss as "nutters" are doing a rather BETTER JOB THAN YOU at solving the clues posted by this website.
And as previous posters have pointed out, a website can't think anything as it's not conscious.
Pretty slack thinking, frankly. And you have the temerity to upbraid others for not using a spell checker. ANYONE can use a spell checker (although some of us have no need). Not anyone, it seems, is capable of careful, logical thought.
And other people should take YOUR opinion that 9/11 WASN'T an inside job?
Nearly any task is easier with a large group collaborating.

Even a large group of "nutters"? Who should learn to spell-check?
